This latest spend includes the introduction of 22 Mercedes Vito vans each equipped with a huge array of parts, including motors, screens, axis drives and processor boards. The brand new vans are fitted with computer systems allowing the Haas CNC technicians web-based, real-time job information and machine history with a direct link to the UK parts holding inventory, which stands in excess of £1.8m. The computer systems also have access to the worldwide dealer forum.
We are pleased to announce a 1st call fix rate of 94.3% for January 2009 – December 2009, a figure that keeps on improving.
